EQT AB, the private equity investment organization, has invited its shareholders to its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Cirkus in Stockholm, with registration beginning at 14:00 CEST and the meeting commencing at 15:00 CEST.
Shareholders have multiple options for participation: attending in person, voting electronically online, or casting their vote in advance. Eligibility to participate is determined by share registration as of Monday, May 19, 2025. Those wishing to attend must notify EQT by Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
For online participants, a chat function will be available for asking questions. EQT has noted the potential for technical difficulties during online participation, stating that if such issues arise and disrupt the process, any votes cast online may be disregarded. The company advises shareholders to vote in advance or attend in person to ensure their vote is officially counted.
Simultaneous translation between Swedish and English will be provided at the venue and via subtitles for online attendees. Computershare AB is handling the registration and advance voting process for the meeting.
