Stockholm – EQT AB (publ) reported on September 30, 2026, a significant increase in its total number of shares and votes. The company issued 80,360,882 new ordinary shares as part of the consideration for the combination with Coller Capital, which was finalized on August 31, 2026.
The transaction has increased EQT's share capital by SEK 8,211,332.95, bringing the total share capital to SEK 133,546,499.29. Shares held by EQT AB do not carry dividend rights or voting rights at shareholder meetings.
As of September 30, 2026, EQT AB had a total of 1,306,963,746 issued shares. Of these, 61,041,288 shares are held by EQT AB, resulting in 1,245,922,458 outstanding shares. Each outstanding share carries one vote.
