EQT Real Estate has acquired the Scranton North Logistics Center in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. The facility, completed in 2023, is a one-million-square-foot Class A logistics property.
EQT announced on December 9, 2025, that its EQT Real Estate Industrial Core-Plus Fund IV has acquired the Scranton North Logistics Center in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. The facility spans one million square feet and was delivered in 2023.
Located in a key industrial corridor in Northeast Pennsylvania, the property features modern specifications including 40-foot clear heights, 233 trailer stalls, and 163 dock-high doors. Designed for cross-dock operations, the facility is fully leased to an investment-grade tenant.
The site's strategic position, approximately one mile from US Route 6 and five miles from the junction of Interstates 81 and 84, makes it a prime location for distribution. The region is known for its competitive big-box industrial market, typically experiencing less than 4 percent vacancy and limited availability.
This acquisition aligns with EQT Real Estate's strategy of acquiring high-quality logistics assets situated near critical transport infrastructure and supply-constrained growth corridors. The company stated the purchase strengthens its portfolio of institutional-quality logistics assets.
