EQT stated its intention to support Osmose's growth through leveraging its sector expertise in utility and telecom end markets. The investment firm plans to accelerate service expansion, enhance data analytics capabilities, and scale Osmose's workforce.

Osmose will maintain its headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia, with CEO Ron Childress and the existing management team continuing to lead the company. Osmose employs over 3,200 people across the United States.
