Flix SE, a global travel technology company, announced the successful closing of an investment from EQT and Kühne Holding. The investment sees EQT and Kühne Holding jointly acquire a 35% minority stake in Flix. This capital injection is intended to strengthen the company's balance sheet and support its continued profitable growth.

In parallel with the investment, Flix also announced changes to its Supervisory Board. Andreas Aschenbrenner from EQT and Dominik de Daniel from Kühne Holding have been appointed as new members. According to Flix, these individuals bring significant expertise in managing global technology-oriented businesses.
