SailGP is recognized as one of the fastest-growing sports championships, noted for its blend of advanced technology and a strong emphasis on performance. EQT stated this aligns with its own philosophy of continuous improvement. The partnership is intended to increase brand awareness among audiences beyond EQT's traditional institutional investor base, supporting its strategic goal as private markets become more accessible.
As part of this agreement, EQT becomes the official private markets partner for the Emirates GBR SailGP Team across all global championship events. The partnership includes prominent logo placement on the F50 catamaran and access to hospitality and stakeholder engagement opportunities.
