EQT Real Estate to acquire 14-asset European logistics portfolio

EQT Real Estate has agreed to purchase a portfolio of 14 logistics properties from Logicor for EUR 532 million. The portfolio consists of approximately 457,000 square meters of modern, fully leased logistics space located across the UK, Germany, and France.

The acquired assets are situated in established distribution corridors and near major consumption centers, which EQT Real Estate states will further strengthen its European logistics platform by adding scale. The acquisition is part of EQT Real Estate's strategy to expand its logistics holdings across the continent.
