EQT Group, a global investment organization, reported a strong performance for the fiscal year 2025, characterized by significant revenue growth and strategic advancements. The company highlighted a record year for portfolio company exits and substantial growth in assets under management.

Total revenues for 2025 increased by 16% to €2.73 billion, with fee-related revenue growing by 9% to €2.28 billion. Carried interest and investment income also saw a notable rise, reaching €448 million. Adjusted EBITDA stood at €1.64 billion, with an improved margin of 60%. EQT distributed €757 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks during the year.

The company also marked a strategic inflection point with its expansion into evergreen strategies for private wealth clients. Further strengthening its platform, EQT announced an agreement on January 22, 2026, to acquire Coller Capital, a firm specializing in the growing secondary markets for private equity.
