EQT to sell Quantios, SaaS provider for Trust and Corporate Services, to Vista Equity Partners
Private equity firm EQT announced Tuesday its agreement to sell Quantios, a provider of SaaS solutions for the global Trust and Corporate Services industry, to Vista Equity Partners.
EQT has entered into an agreement to sell Quantios, a software company serving the global Trust and Corporate Services sector, to Vista Equity Partners. Quantios offers Software-as-a-Service solutions to organizations within this industry.
Under EQT's ownership, Quantios reportedly transformed into a global software platform. The company serves nearly 700 organizations worldwide through its combined offerings, ViewPoint and TrustQuay. This growth was supported by initiatives including cloud migration, AI innovation, and product expansion.
EQT stated the transaction aligns with its strategy of partnering with founder-led, mid-market technology companies. The firm aims to build stronger, more global businesses through active ownership, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and value creation. During its tenure, EQT also supported Quantios' launch of Quantios Core and its acquisition of Klea.
The sale reflects EQT's approach to developing businesses prior to divestment. Quantios' software aims to streamline operations for firms in the Trust and Corporate Services domain.
