Equipifi Named "Best Places to Work in the Valley" Finalist

Fintech company equipifi has been named a finalist for the Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Places to Work in the Valley" award for the fourth consecutive year. The designation comes amid a significant growth phase for the company.

Equipifi has nearly doubled its workforce over the past twelve months, expanding teams in sales, customer success, product, and engineering. This hiring surge follows the company's Series B funding earlier this year and is in response to increasing demand from banks and credit unions for proprietary Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions.

"Companies find out what their culture is really made of when they scale it fast," said Bryce Deeney, Co-Founder and CEO of equipifi. "We nearly doubled the team this year, and earning this recognition in the middle of that tells me we're bringing in the right people. They've matched the pace we were already moving at and even pushed us forward."

The company also reported a 128% year-over-year increase in BNPL transaction volume on its platform. Equipifi has enhanced its platform capabilities, including improvements to underwriting and notifications. Due to its rapid growth, equipifi will compete in a larger category next year.
