Equity LifeStyle Properties Announces Executive Leadership Change

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) has confirmed a leadership transition scheduled for January 1, 2027. Current CEO Marguerite Nader will vacate her operational role to serve as Executive Vice Chair of the Board, marking a change in the company's executive command structure.

The shift represents a planned succession phase for the Chicago-based real estate investment trust. Nader’s move to a board-level position follows a tenure marked by the firm's management of a vast portfolio of manufactured home communities and recreational vehicle resorts.
