Swedish telecom company Ericsson has disclosed its recent share buyback activities, repurchasing a total of 8,515,000 Class B shares between July 20 and July 24, 2026. The average weighted share price during this period was SEK 93.47, with the total transaction value reaching nearly SEK 796 million.

These repurchases are being conducted as part of Ericsson's previously announced share buyback program, initiated in April 2026, with a total value of up to SEK 15 billion. The program is scheduled to run until at least March 31, 2027.

The company's board intends to propose to the 2027 Annual General Meeting that the repurchased shares, excluding those used to fulfill stock-based incentive program obligations, be cancelled. The transactions were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on behalf of Ericsson, adhering to EU market abuse regulations.

Following these transactions, Ericsson's treasury stock holding amounts to over 87.6 million shares. The total number of shares in the company exceeds 3.3 billion.
