Ericsson continues share buyback program with 500,000 shares
Ericsson repurchased 500,000 of its own Class B shares between October 26 and October 30, 2026, as part of its ongoing capital allocation strategy.
Telecommunications firm Ericsson acquired 500,000 of its own Class B shares during the week of October 26, 2026. The transactions were conducted on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange through Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE.
The repurchases are consistent with a 15 billion SEK buyback program initiated by the company in April 2026, which is scheduled to conclude by the end of March 2027. Ericsson's board intends to recommend to the 2027 Annual General Meeting that the acquired shares be cancelled, excluding those allocated for employee incentive programs.
Following these transactions, Ericsson holds 130,915,894 Class B shares in treasury. The company's total outstanding share count remains 3,371,351,735.
