Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) repurchased a total of 7,917,288 of its own Class B shares during the period October 5-9, 2026. The total transaction value for the week reached SEK 746,353,207.57, with a weighted average share price of SEK 94.27.

The share repurchases were conducted as part of Ericsson's previously announced share buyback program of up to SEK 15 billion, initiated on April 16, 2026. This program is scheduled to run until March 31, 2027. The company's board of directors intends to propose at the 2027 Annual General Meeting that the repurchased shares, excluding those used for incentive programs, be cancelled.

All share acquisitions were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on behalf of Ericsson. The buybacks comply with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and Safe Harbour regulations. Following these transactions, Ericsson holds 125,805,951 Class B shares in treasury.
