ESDS Software Solution Q1 Profit Up 14% To ₹29.3 Cr, Revenue Rises 7%

ESDS Software Solution, an enterprise cloud and AI company, announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (ending June 30, 2026). The company's net profit rose 14% year-on-year to ₹29.3 crore, up from ₹25.7 crore in the same period last year.

Operating revenue for the quarter increased by 7.3% to ₹133.7 crore, compared to ₹124.6 crore in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. However, on a sequential basis, both profit and revenue saw a decline, with profit falling approximately 57% and revenue down 20.2% from the previous quarter.

Total income, including other income of ₹1.5 crore, stood at ₹135.2 crore. Total expenses for the quarter increased by 8.4% year-on-year and 16.5% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹98.7 crore. Tax expense for the quarter decreased by 20% year-on-year to ₹7.2 crore.

The company, which recently completed its listing, provides cloud computing and software solutions for businesses. ESDS highlighted the year-on-year growth in its key financial metrics for the reported quarter.
