London, July 21, 2026 – Esmeralda's Mayfair, a live music lounge located within the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, has commenced operations in London. The venue is open Thursday through Saturday, from 8 p.m. until late, offering a combination of live performances, cocktails, and a dedicated late-night food menu.<br><br>The establishment aims to fill a perceived gap in London's nightlife by merging live music, cocktails, and atmosphere, according to its founders. A five-piece house band performs soul, funk, and disco music nightly, followed by a DJ extending the performance with house music until the early morning hours. Surprises and guest performers are part of the programming.<br><br>The bar menu features updated takes on classic cocktails, including the "Dubai Layover" and "Paloma-Politan." The late-night food menu includes items such as house-smoked olives, gourmet pizzas, and lobster rolls, alongside truffle fries and caviar. Desserts include a large sundae and a warm fudge brownie.<br><br>Founded by Lee and Nicky Caulfield, who have backgrounds in luxury hospitality and music respectively, Esmeralda's Mayfair is positioned as an entertainment destination.
