Esperi Koti Sypressi, located in Raisio, provides residential support and rehabilitation services for individuals with mental health needs. The facility comprises 15 places for 24-hour assisted living and 11 places for community-based housing, with staff present around the clock.
The care model is based on a recovery-oriented approach, where individual goals are established in collaboration between the resident, their family, and the local welfare area representatives. Residents participate in daily planning and house meetings to foster skills for independent living, including opportunities for further education and external activities.
Each resident has a personalized support plan that is regularly monitored by assigned staff. The facility, located on Sairaalakatu, is currently accepting new residents.
