Top Charoen operates over 130 stores across Thailand, positioning it as one of the country's largest optical chains. This acquisition is expected to enhance EssilorLuxottica's presence in the rapidly growing Southeast Asian market.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nitikarn Wongs Kulawong, founder and CEO of Top Charoen, will remain with the company to continue driving its development, according to the announcement.
