EssilorLuxottica Employee Share Plans Reach Record Investment
EssilorLuxottica's employee shareholding plans have achieved a record investment of over EUR 190 million, indicating strong employee confidence in the company's strategy. The number of internal shareholders has grown to nearly 100,000 across 85 countries.

EssilorLuxottica reported a record investment of over 190 million euros in its employee shareholding plans during April-May 2025. This figure more than doubles the amount raised in the previous campaign and signifies a strong level of confidence from employees in the company's strategic direction.
The enhanced SuperBoost 2025 international shareholding plan and the French PEE collective savings scheme saw participation from nearly 97,000 employees across 85 countries. This represents a notable increase from the previous year's participation figures.
In addition to the share plans, the French PEE scheme collected over 33 million euros in 2024. The Valoptec association, which supports EssilorLuxottica's values and governance, also saw its membership increase to approximately 37,000 individuals, including current employees, former employees, and retirees.
EssilorLuxottica highlighted that employee shareholding is a fundamental aspect of its corporate culture and long-term strategy. Chairman and CEO Francesco Milleri and Deputy CEO Paul du Saillant expressed satisfaction with the results, reinforcing the company's commitment to employee engagement and aligning their interests with the company's sustained success.
