HELIX aims to simplify the operational landscape for ECPs by offering a unified digital ecosystem that covers a wide range of practice needs, from appointment booking and ordering to teleoptometry.

The creation of HELIX represents a significant investment in streamlining how ECPs utilize technology. The division will consolidate and upgrade EssilorLuxottica's existing US digital solutions, including VisionWeb, CLX, 4PatientCare, and Revenue Cycle Management. The goal is to transition from a historically fragmented technological approach to a cohesive, data-driven system.

This initiative is part of EssilorLuxottica's broader strategy to provide comprehensive products and services that improve both the patient experience and the operational effectiveness of eyecare practices.
