EssilorLuxottica plans new global headquarters in Paris
EssilorLuxottica has signed a long-term pre-letting agreement for its new global headquarters in Paris, with the facility expected to open in late 2027.

EssilorLuxottica announced plans for its new global corporate headquarters in Paris, secured through a long-term pre-letting agreement. The facility, located at Place Valhubert in the Austerlitz district, is slated to open in late 2027.
The new headquarters will consolidate over 2,000 employees from various locations across the Grand Paris area into a single, modern building. Spanning more than 20,000 square meters along the Seine, the design aims to blend Haussmannian architectural elegance with contemporary aesthetics.
The space is intended to house all of the company's functions, including design, digital, business development, and corporate teams. It will also feature areas for training, an auditorium, and a showroom highlighting the group's brands and technologies, emphasizing a focus on innovation and employee well-being.
In line with its sustainability commitments, the new headquarters is designed to meet high environmental and well-being standards, with aspirations for certifications such as HQE, BREEAM, and BBCA. This Paris base will complement the company's existing corporate presence in Milan, Italy.
EssilorLuxottica stated the new headquarters is designed to foster inspiration among employees and reflect the company's integrated culture and values, connecting the workplace to the city and industry stakeholders.
