EssilorLuxottica reported consolidated revenue of 7,127 million euros for the first quarter of 2026, representing a 10.8% increase at constant exchange rates compared to the first quarter of 2025. The company also reported a 4.1% increase at current exchange rates.

The company's announcement highlighted double-digit growth in both its Professional Solutions and Direct to Consumer segments. Traditional activities saw growth around 5%. North America experienced a 12.5% sales increase, while the EMEA region grew by 9.5%, supported by AI-enabled eyewear and strong performance from the Ray-Ban brand.

China's market accelerated with 'low teens' growth, driven by myopia management solutions and robust retail performance. The myopia management portfolio grew by 26%, with an 18% increase in the key Chinese market.

EssilorLuxottica also noted the successful launch of new Ray-Ban Meta optical models featuring AI. The company also expanded its distribution network by investing in Top Charoen in Thailand, adding approximately 2,000 stores and bringing the group's global retail points to nearly 20,000.
