Essity repurchases 225,541 Class B shares during week 44
Essity has continued its previously announced share buyback program, acquiring over 225,000 shares at the end of October 2026.
Hygiene and health company Essity repurchased 225,541 of its own Class B shares between October 26 and October 30, 2026. The transactions were conducted as part of the company's ongoing capital allocation strategy.
This activity is part of a 3 billion SEK buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors, which was first announced to the market in April 2026. The program serves as a mechanism to return capital to shareholders.
The repurchases comply with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the European Commission’s Safe Harbour Regulation. The program is scheduled to run until the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting.
