Esther Berrozpe Galindo resigns from Pernod Ricard board

Esther Berrozpe Galindo resigned from her position as a director of Pernod Ricard, effective December 22, 2020. The departure follows her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Ontex, a company focused on healthcare packaging.

Following the appointment, Galindo chose to fully dedicate herself to her new executive duties within the publicly listed company. Pernod Ricard congratulated her on the appointment and wished her success in her new role.
