EternityX Opens First Global Office in London
Chinese AI marketing platform EternityX has opened its first global office in London as part of its European expansion. The new office aims to connect brands with Chinese consumers in the UK and Europe.
EternityX, a China-based AI omnichannel marketing platform, has opened its first global office in London. This marks the company's initial expansion outside of the APAC region into Europe.
The London office will focus on facilitating cross-border and cross-cultural e-commerce and service initiatives between China and the United Kingdom. The aim is to help brands connect with Chinese consumers residing outside of mainland China.
Benny Cheuk, who has served as Head of Business Development for the EMEA region since April 2020, will lead the London operations. Cheuk brings extensive experience in sales, account servicing, and cross-border marketing.
Charlene Ree, Founder & CEO of EternityX, stated that the London office opening signifies the company's commitment to Europe. She highlighted the value of the Chinese population in the UK and EU economies, noting that brands are increasingly recognizing their importance. The company plans to tailor campaigns towards creative production and end-to-end e-commerce solutions to better engage this demographic.
