EU Approves AstraZeneca's Trixeo for Asthma Maintenance

AstraZeneca's fixed-dose triple-combination therapy, Trixeo Aerosphere (budesonide/glycopyrronium/formoterol fumarate dihydrate), has received approval in the European Union for the maintenance treatment of asthma. The approval is for patients aged 12 years and older whose asthma is not adequately controlled by a medium-dose inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
