Eurobio-Scientific Agrees to Acquire CareDx Transplantation Laboratory Division
Eurobio-Scientific has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the laboratory products division of CareDx, marking a significant expansion in its transplant diagnostics portfolio.

Eurobio-Scientific has finalized an agreement to acquire 100% of CareDx’s laboratory products division, which focuses on diagnostics for the transplantation market. The transaction is designed to accelerate the company’s strategic objective of becoming a key player in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sector.
By incorporating these assets, Eurobio-Scientific aims to scale its footprint in transplant genomics. The deal aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to diversify its technological capabilities and expand its reach in the high-growth niche of molecular diagnostics for transplantation.
This acquisition follows the 2025 purchase of Voden Medical Instruments' Life Science division, indicating a broader corporate strategy of inorganic growth. The integration of these new assets is expected to solidify the company's position as a provider of specialized laboratory kits globally.
