Eurobio Scientific to Develop New PCR Test for Male Fertility

Eurobio Scientific, a French in vitro diagnostics company, announced on June 25, 2025, a partnership with Dr. Nino Guy Cassuto to develop a new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test aimed at identifying male fertility disorders.

The new testing method will focus on analyzing the SRY gene. This gene plays a crucial role in sex determination, and its dysfunction is considered a significant factor in male infertility. The development efforts will prioritize ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test for detecting genetic anomalies.
