Europcar Integrates Loyalty Program Into Mobility App

Europcar Mobility Group Germany has fully integrated its "Privilege For You" loyalty program into the Europcar Mobility app. This integration allows business and private customers direct access to the program through the app they already use to manage their mobility.

The update aims to provide travelers with easier and quicker access to personal benefits, especially during peak travel seasons such as summer holidays and weekend trips. Through the app, customers can immediately see what benefits are available for their next rental. The program is accessible in over ten European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

"Loyalty is built when positive experiences are consistently reinforced," said Michael Knippel, Managing Director of Europcar Mobility Group Germany. "By integrating 'Privilege For You' into the Europcar Mobility App, we are making it even easier for members to access their benefits, while strengthening Europcar's position as a reliable mobility partner."

The program's structure remains the same: members earn one point for every euro spent, with four tiers – Discoverer, Traveler, Adventurer, and Navigator. Each tier unlocks exclusive benefits such as priority service, vehicle upgrades, and up to 15% off at Accor hotels. Members also receive a permanent 10% discount on eligible Europcar rentals. Participation in the program is free, and members begin earning points from their first rental.
