Europcar Mobility Group appoints two new executives to its management committee
Europcar Mobility Group has named Claire Charbit as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and Stéphane Crasnier as Chief Fleet Officer.

Europcar Mobility Group announced two additions to its Group Executive Committee, following the appointment of CEO Alain Favey earlier this year. Claire Charbit joins the company as Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, while Stéphane Crasnier takes on the role of Group Chief Fleet Officer.
Charbit transitions to the mobility firm from Air France, where she held various senior roles focused on product, technology, and organizational transformation over the last 15 years. Her experience includes digital customer journey development and revenue management systems implementation. She previously worked at Accenture for a decade.
Crasnier brings extensive automotive industry experience, having most recently served as President of Alphabet France. His background includes leadership positions in fleet management and automotive distribution at firms such as BMW, Ford, and Citroën, with professional experience in China, Australia, and France.
CEO Alain Favey noted that these appointments are intended to support the company’s ongoing transition toward sustainable mobility services and operational management. The changes follow a period of leadership transition for the Paris-based firm as it seeks to maintain its market share in the global vehicle rental sector.
