EV All Day Launches Battery Health Check for Used Electric Cars
UK-based vehicle verification service EV All Day has launched a new offering for used electric car buyers. For £9.99, the service provides an instant report on battery health, estimated range, and remaining warranty.

EV All Day, a UK-based vehicle verification service, has introduced a new digital report aimed at prospective buyers of used electric vehicles (EVs). Launched on July 12, 2026, the service offers an independent estimate of a used EV's battery health, real-world range, and remaining warranty for £9.99.
Historically, assessing the battery — often accounting for up to 40% of an EV's value and costing £5,000 to £15,000 to replace — has been challenging for used car buyers. Unlike conventional vehicles, battery condition is not typically documented in advertisements or standard vehicle history checks. EV All Day aims to fill this information gap.
The service requires only the vehicle's registration number and current mileage. It generates a report using data from sources like ClearWatt and DVSA MOT records. The report may include an estimated health reading, range retention compared to new, a health grade if manufacturer data is available, expected real-world range against official figures, and remaining warranty details.
EV All Day stated that the report provides an estimate based on aggregated real-world data, the car's age, and mileage. The company plans to release a more comprehensive EV history check in the future, integrating battery condition with other vehicle provenance data. The service is intended to reduce risk for buyers and provide verifiable data for sellers in the growing used EV market.
