EV Manufacturer Omega Seiki Raises ₹50 Cr for Expansion

Electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has announced raising ₹50 crore (approximately $5.2 million) in its latest funding round. The investment was led by Abhishek Misra, director at Unistone Capital, with participation from the Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.

This follows a similar ₹50 crore funding round in July, signaling continued investor confidence in OSM's growth strategy. The newly acquired capital is earmarked for expanding manufacturing capacity, enhancing research and development, and strengthening the company's nationwide dealer and service network.

OSM also plans to leverage these funds to expedite the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions and accelerate its international expansion, with a particular focus on African markets. The company is set to launch its first overseas manufacturing plant in Jafza, Dubai, in August 2025.

Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, OSM produces a range of electric vehicles, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers for cargo and passenger transport, and light commercial trucks. The company competes with players like Mahindra Electric and Euler Motors in India. For the fiscal year 2026, OSM reported a top line of ₹333 crore and a profit after tax of ₹7.3 crore.
