EVE Energy, a prominent Chinese battery producer, announced a significant surge in its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company's net profit attributable to shareholders reached 3.301 billion yuan, an increase of 105.66% compared to the same period in 2025. Total operating revenue saw a substantial rise of 62.2%, amounting to 45.691 billion yuan.

The company's growth was primarily fueled by increased shipments of both power batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage batteries. Deliveries of power batteries reached 35.76 GWh, up 66.47% year-over-year, while energy storage battery shipments grew by 54.88% to 44.46 GWh. This expansion is attributed to strong demand from commercial vehicle sectors and the successful ramp-up of large-format cylindrical battery production.

EVE Energy highlighted its technological advancements, including the mass production of its 46 series large cylindrical batteries, which have entered the high-end passenger vehicle market. The company has secured a role as a battery supplier for BMW's new generation vehicle models. Furthermore, its large-capacity energy storage cells are being deployed globally, enhancing its delivery capabilities.

Strategically, the company has expanded its global production footprint, with multiple bases operating concurrently and a new consumer battery production line launched in Malaysia. This enhanced global network is expected to improve EVE Energy's resilience and supply chain capabilities in the rapidly evolving new energy sector.
