Event technology company Eventtia has introduced a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to connect its event management platform with AI assistants. This new server is intended to help event teams automate administrative tasks and simplify event setup processes.
The MCP server operates on the open MCP standard and is reportedly easy to integrate within five minutes, requiring no coding. It is included with all Eventtia subscription plans at no additional cost.
The server provides AI assistants with read-and-write access to Eventtia's core features, including event details, attendees, sessions, and payments. Users can, for example, create event descriptions using natural language prompts or have AI handle confirmation emails for waitlisted attendees.
Eventtia states the server also aids in unified event data management by connecting Eventtia data with other systems like CRM and marketing tools. This allows AI to offer a consolidated view of event data and generate reports without data exports. Furthermore, AI assistants can be used to create registration pages or applications directly from Eventtia's data.
