Everest Group faces class action lawsuit over disclosure claims
Rosen Law Firm has initiated a class action lawsuit against Everest Group, alleging the company misled investors regarding its casualty risk exposure and financial health.

Investors who purchased common stock in Everest Group, Ltd. between February 8, 2024, and October 27, 2025, are eligible to join a class action lawsuit filed by Rosen Law Firm. The litigation seeks to address alleged misstatements made by the company concerning its financial standing and insurance liability management.
The complaint alleges that Everest Group failed to disclose significant exposure to casualty risks and associated claim costs. According to the court filing, the company allegedly understated liabilities and overstated earnings by failing to maintain sufficient reserves for business segments it claimed to have exited or downsized. Investors claim that once these inaccuracies were exposed, the market reacted, leading to financial losses.
The deadline for investors to petition the court to serve as lead plaintiff is December 28, 2026. The case has not yet been certified as a class action, and investors are not represented by counsel unless they formally retain one or join the current proceedings.
