Everest Group names People2.0 a leader in 2026 CoR and CEoR assessment

Everest Group has identified People2.0 as one of eight leaders in its 2026 PEAK Matrix assessment focusing on 'Contractor of Record' (CoR) and 'Contingent Employer of Record' (CEoR) solutions. The firm evaluated 28 different providers for the report.

The analysis highlights the company's capability to manage independent contractors and contingent workers across 130 countries. Everest Group noted that risk mitigation is currently the primary priority for buyers in this market, emphasizing the need for rigorous worker classification and regulatory compliance.

People2.0 CEO Steve Schaus attributed the recognition to the firm's global infrastructure and its ability to manage payroll and compliance across varying local and national jurisdictions. Everest Group Vice President Lokesh Goyal cited the company's proprietary technology and robust reporting systems as key factors for its high ranking.

People2.0 currently accounts for more than 5% of the total managed spend within the CoR and CEoR market sectors.
