The research firm evaluated 28 providers, positioning People2.0 among the top eight for its global service delivery and risk mitigation capabilities.
The report identifies People2.0 as holding a market share exceeding 5% based on managed spend. The evaluation emphasizes the company's ability to consolidate management of independent contractors and temporary staff across 130 countries. Everest Group noted that client priorities have shifted toward robust risk mitigation and compliance.
Lokesh Goyal, Vice President at Everest Group, cited the company's proprietary technology, integration capabilities, and reporting features as key drivers for its market position.
