Evernote Subscription Costs Increase Following Restructuring
Evernote has significantly adjusted its pricing model, with annual subscription fees for top-tier users rising to $250.

Evernote has implemented a substantial restructuring of its subscription pricing throughout the current year, leading to sharp increases for long-term users. The premium tier now commands an annual fee of $250, marking a significant departure from the company's historical pricing.
This new fee structure represents a 3.3-fold increase compared to the highest tier available in 2023. When compared to the company's initial subscription rates from 2008 through 2016, the cost for the top-tier service has increased tenfold.
The shift forces long-term users to reevaluate the cost-benefit ratio of the software as the market for note-taking and productivity applications becomes increasingly competitive. Analysts note that such aggressive pricing adjustments often precede transitions in corporate strategy or ownership.
