Everpure Expands Business Model, Projects Accelerated Growth
Data technology firm Everpure outlined an expanded business model with four strategic growth vectors. The company reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 financial outlook and provided a preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2028.

Santa Clara, CA โ September 23, 2026 โ Everpure, a company specializing in storage and data management solutions, today detailed plans to expand its business model across four strategic growth vectors, aiming for durable and accelerated growth. The company also reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 financial outlook and offered a preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2028.
"Everpure is at an inflection point as we expand our horizons to managing data in the enterprise and solutions for hyperscalers," said CEO Charlie Giancarlo. "A decade of committed investment in an integrated, extensible architecture has created a structurally higher growth baseline in our core business. This same core IP has unlocked three distinct, incremental markets."
Over the past five years, Everpure has consistently allocated an average of 19% of its annual revenue to research and development (R&D). The company believes that focused R&D investments on a unified platform are a more efficient use of capital compared to supporting multiple legacy architectures. This strategy has reportedly strengthened the durability of Everpure's core business and enabled its expansion into new, high-growth markets.
The four strategic growth vectors include: Core and Core AI (encompassing solutions for FlashBlade, Flash Array, and Evergreen//One subscriptions), Modern Data Software (such as Everpure Data Intelligence, Data Stream, Portworx, and Cloud), Scale AI (FlashBlade//EXA solutions for cloud and AI), and Hyperscale Solutions (DirectFlash technology for hyperscalers). The company anticipates these three new growth vectors will constitute approximately 20% of total revenue by fiscal year 2030.
Everpure projects its fiscal year 2027 revenue to be between $5.03 billion and $5.07 billion, with year-over-year growth of 37% to 38%. The preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2028 forecasts revenue between $7.0 billion and $7.3 billion, representing a year-over-year growth of 39% to 45%. The company plans to continue investing in organic growth, strengthening its balance sheet, pursuing strategic acquisitions, and returning capital to shareholders through share buybacks.
