EverQuest Legends to Launch July 28, 2024

Daybreak Game Company is set to release EverQuest Legends on July 28, 2024. The game, currently in preorder beta, reimagines the classic EverQuest MMORPG as it existed in 1999.

EverQuest, a foundational massively multiplayer online role-playing game, helped define the genre upon its initial release. The Legends version focuses specifically on the game's state before years of expansions and updates.

This launch comes as the live-service game market faces challenges. EverQuest Legends offers both long-time fans and new players a chance to experience the game's early iteration.
