Global biopharmaceutical services provider EVERSANA has acquired Estima Scientific, a London-based consultancy specializing in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). The deal is intended to enhance EVERSANA’s ability to support drug commercialization through data-driven analysis.
Estima Scientific provides technical support and strategic consulting to assist pharmaceutical companies in securing market access for new therapies. By integrating Estima’s proprietary AI-driven analysis tools, EVERSANA aims to streamline the commercialization cycle for its global client base.
CEO Jim Lang stated that the acquisition aligns with the company's objective of investing in technology-focused firms to modernize industry standard processes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This move marks a continued effort by EVERSANA to scale its operations in the European market. The integration process will incorporate Estima’s analytical expertise into EVERSANA's existing service platform.
