Evident Integrates XDENT LAB to Enhance Dental Lab Outsourcing
Evident has partnered with XDENT LAB, a Vietnam-based dental laboratory, integrating its fabrication services into Evident's EviSmart CAD design portal. This allows dental labs to directly order manufacturing from XDENT LAB.
Evident, a company focused on digital dentistry solutions, has announced a new integration with XDENT LAB, a full-service dental laboratory based in Vietnam. The partnership aims to support dental laboratories in diversifying their outsourcing strategies.
Through this integration, dental labs utilizing Evident's CAD design services can now order manufacturing directly from XDENT LAB via the EviSmart CAD design portal. This move is designed to help labs expand their outsourcing networks while maintaining oversight, consistency, and expected turnaround times.
The move comes as many U.S.-based dental labs have faced increasing challenges with existing outsourcing partners, particularly those in China. Issues such as extended turnaround times, variability in case quality, and added costs due to tariffs have created operational uncertainty.
By making XDENT LAB accessible through the EviSmart CAD Hub, Evident provides labs with direct access to a full-service fabrication partner. This consolidated approach aims to streamline workflows by allowing labs to submit cases for both design and fabrication within a unified platform, reducing administrative overhead and improving overall visibility.
