EX.CO ranked among top workplaces in annual Duns 100 list
EX.CO, an AI-focused technology firm, secured the 18th spot on the Duns 100 list for startups with over 100 employees, citing high staff retention and collaborative culture.

Technology firm EX.CO has been named to the Duns 100 list of top workplaces in Israel, ranking 18th in the category for startups with more than 100 employees. The annual ranking, published by Dun & Bradstreet Israel, assesses company culture and employee engagement through economic data analysis.
EX.CO reported that 46% of its workforce has been with the company for more than three years, a figure that significantly exceeds industry averages in the US and Europe. CEO Tom Pachys attributed this stability to the company's focus on solving technical challenges within the media landscape.
Founded in 2012, EX.CO develops AI-powered video monetization infrastructure for media organizations. As the digital media industry faces shifting traffic patterns and constrained budgets, the firm positions its machine learning tools as a means to maintain operational efficiency. The company is backed by investors including The Walt Disney Company and Saban Ventures.
