Exide Technologies releases mobile application for remote energy storage monitoring

Exide Technologies, based in Gennevilliers, France, has introduced the E/ Mega CTRL mobile application designed to manage Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The application, available for iOS and Android, provides remote access to performance data, allowing users to monitor and analyze energy storage metrics from any location.

The application functions through an integration with the company’s ConNXT monitoring platform. This connection enables the real-time visualization of system health and operational efficiency, which is intended to support users in optimizing the use of their energy storage infrastructure.

As industrial reliance on battery storage systems grows, the demand for digital management tools that facilitate remote site maintenance has increased. This launch provides a centralized interface for customers to manage multiple installations, aiming to improve uptime and operational transparency through continuous data analysis.
