EXP Selected for Consulting Services on Riyadh Infrastructure Projects

EXP, an engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Montreal, has secured its first project in Saudi Arabia after being chosen by the Riyadh Infrastructure Project Center (RIPC). RIPC is a newly established government agency tasked with enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure project planning and execution in Riyadh.

The company will provide consulting services, establish processes, mechanisms, standards, and organizational support to assist RIPC in achieving its goals. Services will be delivered in phases and include knowledge sharing and the formation of strategic partnerships with entities in the United Kingdom and the United States. EXP will also analyze RIPC's current processes and develop new methodologies to support the agency's strategic objectives.

EXP has already begun engagement by organizing meetings between RIPC and transportation departments from Washington D.C. and Miami-Dade County. Discussions focused on how robust cities implement infrastructure projects, covering permitting, planning, and design. Meetings also included discussions with Washington Gas regarding utility implementation in condensed urban areas.
