Users can set filters for trip duration and travel dates, and opt for custom notifications for new deals.
According to Expedia, the feature is designed for travelers who are flexible on destination and timing if the price is favorable. The tool identifies routes with reasonable layovers and exceptional value, scanning millions of fares daily. Only deals that are substantially discounted and offer practical travel times are presented.
Data from the previous year indicates that July, October, and November were months with the highest availability of flight deals. This update seeks to simplify trip planning by presenting tangible and cost-effective travel options.
