EYEMAXX Sportschuhverkaufs-GmbH has sold a part of its "Postquadrat" development project in Mannheim. The company announced the sale of the project named "Postquadrat Mannheim." Proceeds from the sale are intended to finance other projects and the company's general cash flow.
EYEMAXX previously announced that construction work on the "Postquadrat" site had begun. The city council approved the zoning change for the project in 2023. While the original client was fixed, EYEMAXX took over responsibility for the project's execution in October 2023.
The multifunctional area "Postquadrat Mannheim," located in the city center near the "Alter Messplatz," is currently under construction. The goal is to create a new urban center combining residential, office, and commercial spaces, including a planned hotel. With this sale, EYEMAXX will continue to focus on its other development undertakings.
