CHAM, Switzerland – EYKON has entered into an agreement to sell its water meter business to Sensus International. The transaction is expected to enhance strategic focus and support growth objectives for both organizations.
Both EYKON and Sensus International are part of the AURELIUS Midmarket portfolio. The agreement will see EYKON's water meter division transferred to Sensus International upon completion, though specific financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
This divestiture is intended to allow EYKON to concentrate on its core operations and streamline its business activities. For Sensus International, the acquisition is expected to strengthen its market position in the water metering sector by expanding its product offerings and geographical reach.
