The AI component serves as a development partner, retaining information from past conversations to provide continuity between coaching sessions. This approach is intended to assist managers in maintaining performance standards through persistent, data-informed support.
The launch highlights an industry shift toward integrating technological tools into corporate training programs. By offloading context retention and progress tracking to AI, EZRA aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of enterprise-level management coaching.
