Terraillot brings over 15 years of experience in managing complex restructuring projects, combining operational, social, and financial expertise. His specializations include social reorganization programs and cash flow optimization. Prior to joining A&M, Terraillot served as a Partner at EY-Parthenon and held significant roles in restructuring at AlixPartners and within the French Ministry of Economy. "Fabien's arrival is a major asset to our Restructuring practice. His deep experience further strengthens our leading position in the French market," said Thomas Marcorelles, Managing Director at A&M.
In his new role, Terraillot will collaborate closely with existing Managing Directors Thomas Marcorelles and Benoît Hochet. His expertise is expected to be crucial for clients navigating challenging economic conditions and requiring strategic guidance for operational and financial recovery.
